Price a tour package the way a quotation should read

Adults on twin sharing, child with bed, child without bed and infants each on their own line, with your markup applied to the real net cost and GST split correctly into CGST+SGST or IGST. This runs entirely in your browser — nothing is sent to us.

Your cost and markup

Markup and tax

Percentage added to the cost per adult before tax.
The place of supply decides the split, not the destination of the holiday.

Child and infant pricing

An infant is still a traveller — the airline wants an infant fare and the visa costs money.

Estimate only. TCS on overseas packages is deliberately not included here. Rates and place-of-supply rules change — confirm the treatment with your chartered accountant before you invoice.

Tired of rebuilding this for every enquiry?

TravRigo does the same arithmetic inside a branded quotation, then carries it through to the GST invoice and the booking file — once, not three times.

The rules this tool follows

Three things agencies get wrong on a quotation

CGST+SGST or IGST — never both

If the place of supply falls in your own state you split the tax into CGST and SGST; if it falls in another state you charge IGST at the full rate. Set the place of supply above and watch the split change. The destination of the holiday does not decide this.

“Child half price” is where margin dies

Child with bed, child without bed and infant are three different prices because they are three different costs. A CWB usually costs you nearly as much as an adult.

A lump sum cannot be defended

A total with no per-person break-up cannot be compared, and gets argued about at check-in. Send the lines, and the “someone else is cheaper” call becomes a conversation about what is included.
